FOR REHEARSALS:
Rehearsals are held in the Austad Auditorium; these are closed to the public (only coaches may attend with you). Please arrive on time for rehearsals & you only have 30 minutes of rehearsal time, so please be courteous and leave on time- if you have delays you are still held to the time frame above, so PLAN AHEAD.
FOR PERFORMANCE:
1. Your call is 6:30pm (no later than 7pm) for orientation/check-in on Saturday in the Theatre 1. Please be prompt, or you risk disqualification.
2. We have scheduled the above rehearsals around KNOWN conflicts (invited productions, directing scenes, lighting design models, and anyone who let us know they were attending the Next Step Dance call). If you didn't give us your conflict, you will have to forfeit your assigned rehearsal time - no changes will be made now. Next year, be sure to let us know IN ADVANCE of all conflicts.
3. Make sure your rights are turned in at check-in for any pieces requiring approval.
4. IMPORTANT: Contact ????????? to confirm all three of your pieces immediately (we need this ASAP for the program & to check rights). We also need to know, if you haven't already let her know, if your 3rd piece is a song and need our festival accompanist since he will only be here to rehearse from 9:00am - 10:30am on Saturday morning.
Thank you all for another wonderful year of auditions. You are all brave and talented! Please take a moment to thank our festival hosts, student workers, and stage manager nominees. Without them, none of this is possible.
